"This certification assures resellers, joint customers and prospects of both companies of compatibility and interoperability with the latest features of VMware Infrastructure," said James Price, vice president of product and channel marketing, DataCore Software. "DataCore's VMware Ready(tm) certification underscores our commitment to maintaining and expanding the most comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery solutions in the industry."

VMware Technology Alliance Program
DataCore Software is a VMware Technology Alliance Partner. Through this relationship, DataCore and VMware collaborate on technical, development, and support related matters, as well as on sales & marketing programs.
TSAnet Cross-Vendor Support
TSAnet (Technical Support Alliance Network, www.tsanet.org) is a worldwide organization which enables seamless vendor to vendor collaborative support for common customers. DataCore and VMware are both members of the Mission Critical community within TSAnet ( www.tsanet.org ) and our companies have a proven track record of working customer issues together through our support organizations for the benefit of our mutual customers through our participation in this organization.
DataCore participates in TSAnet in two ways.
1. The basic membership has a 'Code of Conduct' that all members sign up to, that creates a method to access each other's support organizations on behalf of any entitled customer (customer has a support agreement with the members in question).
2. TSAnet membership means that the vendors agree to honor a 'quid pro quo' relationship with any other member to work on interoperability issues together to solve the mutual customer's problem. Datacore are members in both the Americas and in Europe.
TSAnet was chosen by SNIA as a vehicle to create a storage-centric, vendor-neutral, support consortium called the Supported Solutions Forum. The benefits are clear. An industry-standard support method to quickly and mutually resolve interoperability problems that a customer may have with their environment. Datacore has successfully used this on behalf of our customers around the world.
