A variety of Learning Courses

From short online webinars through to full formal classroom based 3-day sessions, there is a suitable training programme for all. The formal classroom based courses are provided by DataCore and our Partners. The Subject Matter Experts running the course are some of the most knowledgeable in the field and have themselves followed vigorous training and accreditation as Trainers. These instructor-led classes have hands-on workshops to stimulate and reinforce learning, and combine practical with real world experiences and scenarios that you can apply on your return to work.

DataCore Partner Oriented Training Courses:

DCSP - Online - DataCore Sales Professional is web-based training that educates Partners with the DataCore value proposition, objection handling, competition, and related topics. There is a test that can be taken to gain the DCSP certification

DCSA - On site - DataCore Solutions Architect is a half-day class aimed at training technical pre-sales consultants in the Best Practices for design and architecture of a Data Core Solution. A test can then be taken to gain DCSA certification.

DCIE - DataCore Implementation Engineer certification – Combination of On Site, On-line and a formal implementation following best practices process and a certification test.

DataCore End-User Oriented Training Courses:

Administration (3 days) is designed to prepare Storage Administrators with the tools, knowledge and practical experience to successfully plan, implement and manage a storage environment in which DataCore software is used for storage management, virtualization and availability.

Advanced Practices (2 days) takes the student deeper into the products covering how to troubleshoot to isolate issues and Best Practices on setting up and design your Storage solution.

Installation Management - A short web-based training course delivers the knowledge and practical experience necessary in order to successfully plan, implement and manage a SAN environment

DCIE - DataCore Implementation Engineer certification is a combination of the above classes, a test and a formal implementation following best practices process.

Online Solutions Training - These online classes are targeted at customers using Virtual Servers with DataCore Storage Servers, and cover Best Practices for implementing solutions with VMware, Citrix and Microsoft.

Classroom Solutions Training - The new set of Training Solutions are combined with additional Best Practices to provide a one-day Training Workshop to help give that extra help to get started.
