Multi-Lingual Customer Services Position

The above role covers three different functional roles:
  1. Technical Support (95% of time)
  2. Technical Trainer (3% of time)
  3. Professional Services (2% of time
Pre-Requisites for the roles as a very minimum are:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 2 years experience with Customer Service of complex software products
  • 2+ years experience with Windows Server Edition NOT Desktop preferably Windows 2008
  • Networking experience
  • Storage experience
  • Hardware experience
  • For UK - Fluent in German/French & English. Written & Verbal.
  • For Japan & USA – Fluent in English. Written & Verbal
  • Advantageous attributes:
    1. Integration experience
    2. Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN)
    3. Familiarity with Storage Industry
    4. Backup technology experience
    5. Datacenter experience

A six-month trial period is agreed at the end of which a decision is made to make the role permanent or not.
